SUBCONTRACT
AGREEMENT

This Contract is made on

11/15/2016 between the
following parties :-

referred to hereinafter as the

hereinafter as the "Second

Mumbai,
400614,Maharashtra, India.
Preamble
The First Party is executing
which require a specialized
contractor who is having the
required trained tradesmen to
carry out and the Second
Party agreed to provide the
necessary services under
construction activities as per
the terms and conditions of
this contract.

Therefore, the parties have

agreed as follows:-
1) Project Arawali to Kante
2) Main Contractor MEP Infrastructu
3) Subcontractor Samarth Softech
4) Scope of Work Topographical S
5) Bill of Quantities As per Annexure
6) Subcontract Value 300,000.00 (INR
7) Payment Terms

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1) All the works to be
carried out to the entire
satisfaction of the
Client and Consultants
and as per the
drawings, specifications
and the BOO
2) Any Variation shall be
admissible only if any
corresponding variation
order issued under the
Main Contract to the
First Party subject to
approval from the
Client / Consultant.
3) Unit rates are fixed for the
duration of the Contract
and no escalation in costs
will be paid for any
additional / Variation
works
4) In connection with the
above job / assignment
the terms of this
Agreement will prevail
over the contrary
terms found elsewhere
in the documents
forming part of the
contract. Further all
previous
arrangements,
undertakings verbal or
in writing concluded or
otherwise in connection
with the above job /
assignment which do
not form a part of this
Contract are treated as
cancelled.

order shall

be read in

conjunctio
n with

terms and

conditions

as per

Annexure

B attached

herewith.
