Dohuk oil distribution department

The department is one of the formations belonging to the Ministry of Oil in

Kurdistan,The most important activities is to provide the arrival of petroleum
products, and supervise the delivery to citizens through oil units deployed
in Dohuk governorate, As well as provide the needs of the beneficiaries of
the government and private companies and equipment of products (petrol,
gas oil, white oil).Consisting of:

1- Distribution Section:-​ is the main section, which provides the

delivery of all kinds of petroleum products to consumers at the level of
individuals and institutions in all sectors of scattered stations within the
geographical area of work of the Branch and other departments in support
of the Department of distribution.
It consists of:

a- Equipped Division:​ ​This Division is equipped tanker companies

for oil products (Bansin, kerosene, gas oil, fuel oil) to Dohuk
governorate,Processed and received matching amounts
for all products with authority processing and the possessions
Matching department .

b- Export Division:​ This Division export of crude oil out of Iraq by

tanker companies and the preparation of export documents and the
preparation of reports daily, weekly, monthly and annual, then sent it
to the company's headquarters.

c- Information Division:​ This Division issuing administrative orders

for the processing (ovens, Laundries, generator service, agricultural
pumps, heavy and light vehicles, generators of government
departments, government and private mills) in Dohuk in addition to
 issuing administrative orders processed white oil material on the
families of Dohuk Using coupons.

d-Gas Division:​ This Division is equipped liquid gas from

government and private gas filling factories, follow-up gas agent in
the geographic area of Dohuk and matching with laboratories
equipped and prepare weekly and monthly reports. And matching
with the possessions Matching department .

2- Financial Section:-​ The financial section does the different financial

activities to facilitate the implementation of business, and adjust the budget
calculations in multiple standardized accounting system to the
classifications and programmed electronic calculator to be within the Bank
of accounting information and check revenues and conversion of cash
surplus and pay what is owed branch
And obtaining fines owed by agents and obtaining the debt of government
departments and the payment of salaries to employees and consists of:

a- Budget and cost-Division:-​ This Division insert exchange data

and arrested in the computer and do computational analyzes for each
account and matching with the balance of the bank revealed.

b- Public Accounts Division:- The Division is organizing computational

analysis forms. Matching debts owed by the Socialist government
departments and the private sector. And matching the current
account with the note branches creditor and the debtor.It also holds
the payment of wages of civil transport stations and companies in
accordance with the distance, and the provision of the required funds
for projects for the reconstruction and the need for the branch of
machinery, equipment and buildings.
 c- Individuals accounts Division: - This Division paying salaries to
permanent and temporary employees of the branch. As well as the
exchange reward under the approval of the branch manager as well
as wages deputations.

3- Administrative Section:-​ ​the main tasks of the Section regards the

labor force and give supplies leading to achieve the best services
(vacations, bonus, transfer, assignment to retire) consists of:-

a- Division of Human Resources Management:-​ perform many

tasks, including temporary and permanent staff salaries calculation.
and update computer system for all individuals associate, and the
issuance of all administrative orders pertaining to the committees and
to assign tasks, absences, vacations and sanctions, And promotion of
some transactions to the company's headquarters.

b- Division services and relations:-​ This Division is printed official

documents of the Daily Mail and the follow-up of the branch
communications circle around the receipt and delivery of mail and
organizing access badges to employees in addition to the cleaning
work and interest in gardening.

4- Transportation section:-​ ​Performs all deliver petroleum products to

stations and government and private spaces and government departments
and the transfer of petroleum products, and packed oils and liquid gas in
cylinders.

a- Movement Division:- ​This Division move all petroleum products

at government stations and the transfer of liquid gas from the
warehouse to government and private laboratories.
 b- Laboratory Division:- ​maintenance of diesel engines for heavy
vehicles in addition to the maintenance of heavy cars and
reconstruction of groups of product, gas liquid and reconstruction of
Kiir light cars, in addition to the work inside of the factory workshop,
mechanical Works, electrical and maintenance of all cars and light
and heavy metalworking and plumbing heavy and light vehicles.

c- Technical Division:- c​ alculated transferred quantities of oil

products and liquid gas, white products, liquid gas, and the labor
productivity per car.

5- Technical Section:-​ ​of the basic foundations for the management,

maintenance and development facilities and distribution outlets carried out
by the technical department, which is based on the distribution business in
the maintenance and rehabilitation, installation and repair of pumps,
generators and electric submersibles, maintenance and complete electrical
installation​. this section Includes:-

a- Division of Civil Engineering:- c​ oncerned with all civil works,

preparation of engineering designs, and civilian buildings additionality
to the maintenance, restoration and many other civil works.

b- Electricity Division:- t​ o set up and establish Startrut, Blajctorat,

lighting and accessories in all government stations to Dohuk, In
addition to repair faults in the stations and the branch.

c- Mechanics Division:- T
discharge pipeline systems. And processing in some stations and
repair of mechanical failures in the collection stations on a regular
basis in addition to the maintenance of cooling devices by the
air-conditioning unit.
 d- Permanence Division:- ​do repair petrol pumps, gas oil And oil
White in government and private stations, and repair of counters to
product White oil and gas oil in the government and private stations.

6- Matching assets section:-​ ​The task of this section

Receiving weekly and monthly to all government stations reports and a
matching with warehouses section, preamble committees And monthly
inventory and send a summary of monthly reports to the company's
headquarters. this section Includes:-

a- Fuel and liquid gas matching Division:- ​This division receive

government and private stations reports
And the gas laboratories,Beside monthly summaries of work and
sent to the processing board.

electronically for the movement of all the quantities of processed
distribution outlets, and other branches, and sent to the processing
board and follow-up all the work assigned to the Department of
