Unlicensed Engineer
The main problem in this study is that, Charles Landers breached protocol by
falsification of the documents, forging partner Henry Wilson's signature and using his
professional seal, on at least 40 legal papers.
The objective of the case is to determine action for Charles Landers Unethical
Doing.

Strength Unlicensed Engineers should not breached protocol of forging a signature and
use a professional seal from the Professional License Engineer.
Weaknesses The weaknesses of the case is that Charles Landers an unlicensed engineer
had forge Henry Wilsons signature and used his professional seal on a documents.
Opportunities The case gave the opportunities to educate the unlicensed engineer,
architects and land surveyor from doing unethical from their profession.

VII. Conclusions
Landers action is not a small mistake. It is a big one. Landers has lied to Wilson,
public, and to all engineer. Landers did not realize that his action will endanger the public
safety and also endanger the trust of the public to the engineers. This action must be
punished with a great punishment in order to make Landers wary and also to warn other
unlicensed engineers who want to act like Landers.
