Narrative The above listed subject was issued two Uniform Traffic Tickets
after patrol observed a vehicle traveling on Pierrepont Avenue at
a high rate of speed. Radar confirmed the speed of the vehicle
to be 41 MPH in a listed 30 MPH zone. When approaching the
driver, patrol detected the odor of consumed alcohol. A series of
tests was administered, which he failed and he was placed under
 arrest for DWI. Subject was brought to the Potsdam Police
Department for processing, and arraigned at Town of Norfolk
Court.
