UNIT 7 H2 DRIER CHANGE OVER

1.Fortnightly drier changeover should be done.

2.Every day in the morning shift, Drier should be kept in service.

3.If Drier A is kept in service the following points to be taken care

a) Drier B inlet and outlet H2 Valves should be in closed condition and locally Drier should be kept in Off
position.

b) Keep Drier A in manual mode. (Toggle switch selection)

c) Press Start button of Drier A and the system will be automatically cut in and cut out according to the
settings of the controller. (Compressor Cut out at 3deg and Cut in at 7deg)

d) Press stop button of the drier and manually drain the water collecting chamber.

4.In case of any Problem in the drier, report to Electrical Maintenance Department.
