On behalf of Emily and Evan, Bali Weddings has arranged for special group accommodation rates to be
available at the following Hotel/Resort:
THE BREEZES BALI RESORT & SPA, SEMINYAK
Superior Room: $156.00 per night
Deluxe Room: $225.00 per night
Junior Suite Room: $350.00 per night
Additional Bed/Breakfast: $55.00 per person (max 3 persons per room)
The cost is per room (max 2 persons) and includes the following:
Daily Breakfast for 2 persons
Fresh Welcome Drink upon arrival
Pool, Gym Access
Complimentary Wifi access
21% tax and service charge
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
Accommodation Deposit (Non-Refundable) Due: Upon receipt of confirmation of booking

Accommodation Balance Due: No later than the 26th August 2017

ACCOMMODATION BOOKING/GUARANTEE/DEPOSIT:
To access these special rates, all bookings need to be made direct to Bali Weddings on the accommodation
booking request form provided below and received by no later than the 1st June 2017. An invoice for the
deposit and accommodation fee will be sent to you once your booking request has been received and
processed with the Hotel/Resort.
Reservations will not be considered guaranteed until the non-refundable deposit equivalent to 1 nights
accommodation room rate has been paid upon receipt of invoice from Bali Weddings. Payment can be
made by Electronic Funds Transfer or Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of bookings will only be accepted by email directed to Bali Weddings:
donna@bali-weddings.com.au
Deposit of 1 nights cancellation fee paid upon confirmation of booking will be retained as a
cancellation fee if booking is cancelled before the 27th August 2017
Any cancellations received from the 27th August 2017 onwards or non-attendance (no show) on
check-in date will be held responsible for the full payment based on the full length of stay booked
and charged the full accommodation charge as a cancellation fee.
CHECKIN and CHECKOUT:
Check-in time: 2:00pm (1400 hours)
Check-out time: 12:00 noon (1200 hours)
Any request for early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability.
Late check-out between 12 noon and 18.00 hours will be charged at 50% of contract rates, while late check
out past 18.00 hours will be charged at full contract rate.
TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE:
The above property reserves the right to adjust the rates without notice in the event of tax alterations by the
government.
