ompany on March 20,
1957 in Pakistan under the Companies Act, 1913 (now Companies Ordinance, 1984),

public limited company on September 23, 1959 and got listed on June 27, 1970

There is a team who plan that when there is need of advertisement and how to adv

campaign but there is no advertising agency of Servis so Servis use outsourcingf
rom different advertising agencies.

started its operation with a small factory in Gujrat and its second factory
at Muridke Sheikhupura Road in 1987. Today its largest footwear exporter of the
country(Winner of FPCCI trophy for best export performance six times).
Servis Group is the largest footwear manufacturer and exporter.
The Group was setup in 1958 and today has sales mmore than Rs 9 billion.
The company run their retail business under servis brand as servis shoe store, a
nd established different brands
including Don Carlos, Cheetah Calza, liza,Toz and Skooz. And also they have alli
ance with international leading brands
like Nike, Cat and exlclusive franchise of ECCO.
Shoe Planet is our higher-end footwear store carrying shoes for both men and wom
en.
The store offers some of the most renowned footwear brands from around the world
under one roof.
Soul collection is dealing in ladies shoes same like Stylo.
Servaid Pharmacy dealing in pharmacy, has a good name in the field of pharmacy a
nd
now a growing business of servis.
Servis Sales Corporation has 6 sources from where it takes delivery of shoes.
1 Service Industries limited Gujrat.
2 Service Industries Limited Muridke.
There are 3 LPOs(Local Purchase Offices) which is now known as Sourcing Office.
3 Karachi, 4 lahore, 5 Faislabad and last source is imports.
Working of these LPO's is to develop the vendors.
As Seris has 2 factories in Gujrat and Muridke which are fulll pack
means these factories produce fully according to their maximum capacity, but thi
s production
is not enogh for Servis retail so then Servis go towards outsource from their So
urcing offices
which are in Lahore, karachi and Faislabad. The supply chain Analyst according t
o their need place
the order after checking out all the needed factors like closing stock, demand a
nd last fortnight sale
and the sourcing department make shoes from the local venders and then supply ch
ain analyst allocate
the dispatches according to their factory outlets need.
Target Customers: our targets are low income people who cannot purchase imported
brands and costly shoes.
The interesting thing is that Servis doesnt gie Franchise of FOL to Public. All
