Use the following links to complete a Venn diagram comparing and contrasting the Spanish-speaking culture and your
own.

Step 1: Scroll to the bottom of the webpage and click on Spanish Culture.

Step 2: Click on any of the 4 categories under Cultural Information (Spanish Music, Spanish Cuisine, Spanish Holidays,
Facts about Spanish Speaking Countries) to learn more about the Spanish culture.

Step 3: If you choose/click on Spanish Music.

1. Read the short summaries provide on traditional music and popular music today.
2. Click on Man under Links to Official Sites of Spanish Speaking Musicians and Singers. This will open a new
window.
a. Click on the tab titled Tours. Name at least 3 cities & the country that Man will visit on their tour.

An interesting category to visit would be Languages in Spain. Consider how many different languages are spoken in your
native/mother country in comparison to Spain.

TASK 4

Watch the short YouTube videos on multiple Spanish-Speaking countries (also previously seen in class). Analyze the
information, images, etc. presented in the mini video tours. You may choose a city presented in the YouTube videos or
search for your own city.

In groups of 3-4, create a short 1-2 minute video tour or promotional video on a Spanish speaking country. Your video
must include the following information and answer the following questions. Be persuasive, creative and innovative!
