With due respect, it is stated that, with respect to office order dated: 31-08-

2016, vide letter no. Admin/Estt/Extension/PF-2016, my contract is expiring on 00

February, 2017. I have served this institution in capacity of lab engineer since 00

Feb 2014, and I have tried my best to serve to the best of my capabilities.

Hence it would be honor if ABC, extends my service contract further

considering my past performance. Thanking in anticipation.
