Code enforcement & Zoning Officer

The Village of Theresa is seeking a part-time Building Code & Zoning

Enforcement Officer.

Applicants should have Two (2) years of work experience, or its part
time equivalent, in the performance of building or fire inspections or
code enforcement activities; or in building trades; building construction
or repair.

Once appointed, candidates must meet the training and certification

requirements set forth by the Office of Fire Prevention and Control, (Sec
434.5 Certification of Code Enforcement Personnel).

Current certification as a New York State Code Enforcement Official is

preferred.

Salary: $6,000.00 per year.
