Narrative Patrol observed the suspect vehicle fail to signal when making a
right turn from Broad Street onto Leroy Street. Patrol initiated a
traffic stop on Elm Street and made contact with the suspect.
Through investigation, the suspect determined to be intoxicated.
He was taken into custody and transported back to the Potsdam
Police Department where he submitted to a chemical test
revealing to have a BAC of .23%. The suspect was found to have
a prior conviction for DWI within the past 10 years. He was
issued appearance tickets for the listed charges and release.
