MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FEU-JPIA MEMBERSHIP CARD

This document will serve as the contract between CPAR (CPA Review School of the
Philippines) and FEU-JPIA (Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants Far Eastern
University Chapter) through respective representatives whose names and
signatures appeared below to establish the partnership of the said parties regarding
the privilege/s in the FEU-JPIA membership card. The following are the terms and
the conditions agreed upon by both parties:

That: The CPAR has consented in giving privilege/s to the FEU-JPIA members
with the official FEU-JPIA membership card.

That: The said privilege/s constitutes the granting of discounts to FEU-JPIAs

bona fide members upon presentment of the official FEU-JPIA
membership card in certain products or services offered by the CPAR
which include the following:

1. All members of FEU-JPIA will be given an 8% discount when they

enrol at CPAR only upon presentation of their valid membership ID
together with their school ID.
2. 8% discount is good for regular enrolment only. On-going promo is
considered discounted.
3. All members of FEU-JPIA will be given a 12% discount when they
buy a book at CPAR only upon presentation of their valid
membership ID together with their school ID.

That: In return for the said privilege/s the FEU-JPIA will acknowledge and
promote the CPAR by printing the GREENWICHs official name/logo at
the lower part back of the FEU-JPIA membership card.

That: CPAR does not have any other obligations aside from giving discounts
to bona fide FEU-JPIA members, monetary or otherwise and neither
participating fee nor advertising charges will be imposed upon CPAR
for joining the membership card.

That: The said privilege/s will cover a period of one year, beginning February
7, 2014 February 6, 2015.

This contract shall deemed be binding and executor effective , 2014.
