Narrative As a result of an individual observing the suspect throwing trash

out the driver side window. Patrols initiated a traffic stop on
Pierrepont Avenue and made contact with the suspect. Through
investigation, the suspect determined to be intoxicated. He was
taken into custody and transported back to the Potsdam Police
Department where he submitted to a chemical test revealing to
have a BAC of .18%. He was issued appearance tickets for the
listed charges and release.
