It is fundamental for the realization of a research project, since it is not possible to
make decisions or begin the realization of any activity without having a solid
foundation, in this project the manufacture of sweets typical of the region bordering
Zapotln el Grande Jalisco and if it is feasible to start with this micro enterprise, it
was analyzed mainly that it is the product, as it arises, and what is the mission and
vision that are planned for this project to be launched, an investigation was carried
out collecting data from the Populations with Zapotln the Great Jalisco and
Tuxpan Jalisco to be able to realize the magnitude that implies to carry out this
project, also analyzed costs of raw material, proximity of the raw material so as to
see which municipality is more feasible than To start up this micro-enterprise for its
capacity to supply inputs, surveys were carried out to see if the product has
Demand that were applied to the population of the 2 cities, also analyzed the
production capacity to be able to make the decision about which market would be
chosen for the production and sale of the product, analyzed the costs of machinery
and equipment and Also took into account the competition that exists to analyze
costs and see if you can compete with companies that are already established. In
case a study of everything that entailed the putting in a micro enterprise of regional
sweets that goes from the location of the Micro enterprise to the cost that it has in
raw material input, machinery, production and labor and the Finished product to
see if it is feasible to start this project or not.
In chapter 1 Diagnosis of the environment and development of the idea; a
diagnostic study and strategic analysis were carried out to create a clear idea of
the investment project. Where the following learning activities were carried out: a
documentary and field research was carried out to obtain truthful and relevant
information for the generation of ideas that are translated into a project.
In Chapter 2 Market Study; Market and marketing studies were developed for the
development of the project. Applying the following learning activities: Defined the
market segment by mapping the area of influence of the product and / or service. It
was determined by official statistics, a market quantification table. An analysis of
the quantitative and qualitative behavior of demand and supply was generated.
Supply and demand balance was made using a table. A plan of market strategies
for a good or service was elaborated.
In Chapter 3 Project Engineering; the technical study of design and engineering
of the project was elaborated the optimization and maximization in the application
of the resources.
