The Accu-Tek Touch 250 Auto is a fully automatic
compression testing machine, designed for accuracy,
reliability, consistency and ease of use. Fully compliant
with ASTM C39 and AASHTO T22 concrete testing
standards, the Accu-Tek Touch 250 Auto is also able to test
mortar cubes and concrete beams to ASTM C109 and C78.
With a compression testing capacity of 250,000 lbf, an
intuitive touch-screen display and fully automatic loading,
the Accu-Tek 250 Auto ensures quality and reliability
in test procedures.
The machine is delivered ready for testing 6 x 12 cylinders
and with the purchase of a spacer pedestal can also test
4 x 8 cylinders. A rapid-change platen system means that
the operator can quickly and easily mount a wide range
of optional accessories to the upper crosshead for cylinder,
cube and beam specimen testing.

The ADR (Advanced Digital Readout) 5.7 touch screen
interface has an intuitive menu driven operation which reduces
the time taken to set up the machine and performtests;
typically saving 25% in the time taken to train staff.
Automation removes the opportunity for error and potential
variability between operators. Non-compliantloading rates
can generate errors in measured strength, but with the latest
closed-loop microprocessor technology the Accu-Tek 250
Auto produces consistent, accurate results while freeing staff
for other work.
Traceability & Data Quality
Fully compliant with ASTM C39 and AASHTO T22, the
Accu-Tek 250 Auto provides improved data quality and
traceability in due diligence cases it is now possible
to display traceability all the way from the machine/user to the
accreditation body. All test results come complete with the
machine serial number, and the machine plots load vs. time
in real-time; demonstrating full compliance with the testing
standard. This data can be stored for later use or for detailed
analysis of the concrete production.
User Safety
Full safety gates are supplied as standard. System
diagnostics and overload warnings ensure the safety
of employees and the reliability of the compression
testing machine.
