Narrative The above listed subject was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket after
patrol observed the subject traveling North on Market Street
with no passenger side stop lamp.
On Tuesday, the Potsdam Police Department had additional officers on duty cracking down on traffic
offenses as part of the national Click It or Ticket Campaign using funding from Gov. Andrew M. Cuomos
Traffic Safety Committee and the Police Traffic Services grant. The Click It or Ticket Campaign started
May 22nd and continues through June 4th this year. On Tuesday, the following motorists were charged
related to the effort.

patrol observed a vehicle traveling north on Pierrepont Avenue.
Patrol observed that the front seat passenger was not wearing a
seat belt.

Clarkson Avenue Extension without wearing a seat belt.

Narrative The above listed subject was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket after
patrol observed a vehicle traveling on Main Street with
excessively darkly tinted windows. A traffic stop on Park Street
revealed the windows to only allow 11% light transmission.
