"Seeking to be a worshipping fellowship, experiencing the awareness of God,

recognising His person and responding to His leadership"
Church Letter March 2010
Some say I am Judgmental. Hmmmmmmmmmm.
How can I be Judgmental? I am a sinner too.
My hope is, that people see my passion, for Jesus, the Christ.
Truth and Love
1 John 3:18-23
18 My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.
19 And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before
Him. 20 For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all
things. 21 Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward
God. 22 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His
commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. 23 And this is His
commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love
one another, as He gave us commandment. NKJV
The Hope, Jesus
The Hope Jesus offers to anyone who would believe and follow Him. Truth
is God, who created all things and loves you. “Yes, you!”
Mark 8:34-38
34 When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them,
"Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and
follow Me. 35 For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life
for My sake and the gospel's will save it. 36 For what will it profit a man if he gains
the whole world, and loses his own soul? 37 Or what will a man give in exchange
for his soul? 38 For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and
sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the
glory of His Father with the holy angels." NKJV
Stop and Start: Stop the lies (the lie is you are hopeless and can’t live in
Faith, hope and love.) Start to live in truth.
Ephesians 4:20-24
20 But you have not so learned Christ, 21 if indeed you have heard Him and have
been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: 22 that you put off, concerning your
former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,
23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, 24 and that you put on the new man
which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. NKJV
Repent of our sins. We all know that sins are: anything not approved by the
nature and will of God. Say No!
Ephesians 5:1-14
5 Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. 2 And walk in love, as Christ
also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for
a sweet-smelling aroma.
3 But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among
you, as is fitting for saints; 4 neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting,
which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks.
5 For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an
idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.
6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of
God comes upon the sons of disobedience. 7 Therefore do not be partakers with them.
Walk in Light
8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of
light 9 (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth),
10 finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. 11 And have no fellowship with the
unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. 12 For it is shameful even to
speak of those things which are done by them in secret. 13 But all things that are
exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light. 14
Therefore He says:
"Awake, you who sleep,
Arise from the dead,
And Christ will give you light." NKJV

More food for thought next month.

With love
Rick Schroder.
