(e)In case of OBC candidates, OBC Certificate in the format prescribed by Government of India and issued by the
CompetentAuthority,duringtheperiod01.04.2014todateofinterviewinteraliaspecificallystatingthatyoudonot
belong to the socially advanced sections excluded from the benefits of reservations for OBC's in civil posts and
services under the Government of India, with 'CREAMY LAYER' clause. In terms of recent Government of India
guidelines, the candidate will also be required to sign a declaration to the effect that you do not belong to the
Creamy Layer for availing reservation under OBC category on the prescribed format at the time of interview. The
formatfordeclarationisappendedattheendofthebiodataform.(TheOBCforthepurposeofthereservationwould
comprisethecaste&communitywhicharecommontoCentralGovt&StateGovtlists.)

(f) ExServicemenCandidatesshouldsubmitappropriatecertificateasperProforma(A,B,CorD)givenintheabove

OfficerorPostmaster.

5. PersonsintheserviceofGovernment/PublicSectorBanks/Undertakings,havetosubmita"NoObjectionCertificate"
fromtheiremployer.Itshouldbefurthernotedthatincaseyouareselected,youshouldproduceaproperdischarge
certificatefromyouremployeratthetimeoftakingupyourappointment.

6. OutstationcandidatesbelongingtoSC/ST/PWDcategorywillbepaidsecondclassrailwayorbusfare,whicheverisless,
fromtheplaceofresidence(i.e.addressfurnishedintheapplication)orfromtheplaceofposting(ifintheDefence
Services) to the place of interview and back, by the shortest route.Please note that no travelling expenses will be
reimbursedtoyouunlessphotocopiesoftickets/theoriginalsareproducedforourverificationandrecord.Further,itwill
alsobenecessaryforthecandidatewhoisinservice,toproduceanundertakingtotheeffectthathe/shehasnotclaimed
thetravellingexpensesfromhis/herpresentemployerunderHTC/LFCoranyotherfacilityforhis/hervisit.Nocharges
will be reimbursed for local conveyance. In the absence of production of valid essential certificates, you will not be

7. Intheabsenceofproductionofvalidessentialcertificates,youwillnotbepermittedtoappearforinterviewandincase
ofsuchSC/ST/PWDcategorycandidatesnotravellingexpenseswillbepaid.

8. Pleasenotethatincaseatanystageofselection,andevenafterappointment,itcomestotheBank'snoticethatyoudo
not/youdidnotpossesstherequisitequalificationand/oryoudonot/youdidnotfulfilltheeligibilitycriteriaasgivenin
theadvertisementCRPD/ABCL/201415/07,yourcandidaturewillbeliabletoberejected.Further,incaseitisnoticed
thatyouhavefurnishedanyincorrect/falseinformationorsuppressedanymaterialfact(s),yourcandidaturewillstand
cancelled.Ifanyoftheseshortcomingsis/aredetectedevenafterappointment,yourservicesareliabletobeterminated.
