DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into in _______day of _______ 2017 at

the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and confessed in hand paid to the SELLER does
hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, absolutely and forever unto the said BUYER, his
heirs and assigns that certain motor vehicle more particularly described as follows:

Of which said motor vehicle, the SELLER is the true and lawful owner, free from all
liens and encumbrances of any kind and nature. The SELLER further warrants his title to the
above described property and will defend the same against the claims of any person
whomsoever. The sale is on as-is basis.
The SELLER warrants that the Motor Vehicle is free from liens and encumbrances and
that SELLER shall defend the title and rights of the BUYER from any claims of whatever kind
of nature from third persons.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signature on the date
and at the place first above written.
