Narrative Patrols initiated a traffic stop for speed in zone on Outer Main
Street and made contact with the suspect. Through
investigation, the suspect determined to be intoxicated. He was
taken into custody and transported back to the Potsdam Police
Department where he submitted to a chemical test and the
defendant was found to have a BAC of .14%. He was issued
appearance tickets for the listed charges and released.
