COMEY TESTIMONY June 8, 2017
U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee

In his June 8, 2017 sworn testimony before the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee, former FBI Director
James Comey testified that he was pressured by former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, to essentially
squash the Clinton email criminal investigation.

In Comeys statement, he confirmed again that Hillary Clinton had committed crimes in the misuse of
private email accounts and servers while she was Secretary of State. He also stated that he sought
Special Counsel for the Clinton investigation and was denied the request by Attorney General Loretta
Lynch.

Further, Comey testified that he was pressured by Attorney General Lynch to refer to the ongoing Clinton
investigation as only a matter and not as an official investigation, an overt effort by Lynch to obstruct
justice and run blocker for Hillary Clinton in the Clinton email investigation, directing Comey to match FBI
language to that of the Clinton campaign at the time.

Comey also testified that these events, in addition to the improper and likely illegal meeting between Bill
Clinton and Loretta Lynch on an Arizona tarmac during an ongoing investigation, led him to go public
with Clintons criminal activities and abuse of national security protocol in July of 2016.

It is on the basis of this highly damning testimony that we call for an immediate investigation into
collusion, corruption and obstruction of justice between former FBI Director Comey and former Attorney
General Loretta Lynch, before the Senate or House Judiciary Committee, to determine the nature and
depth of criminal acts committed in an effort to stop the Clinton investigation for benefit of the Hillary
Clinton for President campaign.
