As a Quality Assurance Technician, I provide constant supervision to ensure the


consistent quality of our products and strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs),
Nomaxs Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the guidelines set forth by the Food and
Drug Administration (FDA). I validate the processes, prepare appropriate documentation, and
manage the production staff.

As a temporary employee assigned to Nomax, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Technician, I provided

Packaging Attendant March 2013 September 2015

As a Packaging Attendant, I was responsible for the startup and running of equipment used to
package pharmaceuticals and to perform said duties pursuant to the companies SOPs and GMPs.
Duties included hand packing, as well by automated machinery. To perform inspections and
testing of product for quality and accuracy as set forth in the official batch records (GMP
documents). I was required to complete all paperwork for the initiation of a production run and
completion. In addition, I was required to conduct room clearances. Duties further required the
supervision and training of two to twenty-five temporary and full-time employees.
