Mecklenburg County Parks offer a variety of settings to excite and

inspire producers and photographers. The following guidelines
explain our usage policies as well as fee structure. Please do not
hesitate to call with any questions or special needs.
Producers/Photographers must request permission to use County Park property for
projects of a commercial nature.
Location fees are charged according to the following schedule:
Half-Day $ 460.00
Full-Day $ 920.00
Half-Day, weekend $1,040.00
Full-Day, weekend $1,840.00
Per Hour $ 115.00
Still Photography $ 58.00 per hour, 3 hour max.)
Certificate of Insurance naming Mecklenburg County as an additional insured must
be provided with minimum coverage of $1,000,000. Fees and certificate of
insurance are required prior to shooting.
Producer/Photographer will be responsible for coordinating specific requirements
and schedule with the Division Director, General Manager or designee.
Producer/Photographer will be responsible for paying all costs associated with
occupancy of the park beyond normal open-for-business hours. These costs shall
be determined prior to shooting.
A written permit will be provided to the Producer/Photographer to be presented to
Park security personnel on the day of shooting.
Vehicles are prohibited on all turf areas at all park and recreation facility locations.
