15 The Court has reviewed Defendants Motion to Preclude Alleged Victim

16 Testimony [Doc. 98], Governments response [Doc. 109] and Defendants reply [Doc.

17 123].

18 IT IS ORDERED denying Defendants Motion to Preclude Alleged Victim

19 Testimony [Doc. 98]. The Court will not preclude the Government from calling these

20 witnesses. In allowing the witnesses to be called the Court is not deciding the

21 permissible scope of their testimony. Defendant will make his objections as the

22 witnesses are questioned at trial.
