SCOAN STUDENTS FELLOWSHIP CONSTITUTION

1.0.
The fellowship shall be known as the k.i.u scoan students fellowship

2.0.

Its Aim is to being together all the scoan students as a family in one place and pray to God
3.0.
The purpose of the scoan students fellowship is to

A]. Encourage the scoan students know each other pray pray and worship together as one family at the
school

B]. to provide a forum in the which all students from the scoan and other members can interact with
each other during the fellowship and to know one another when they meet

C] To create confidence in them and promote unity among ourselves through doing outreach which will
help all students to know each other in the lord

D] To help the needy and reach out to schools and hospitals and other places that need our help how
ever also every one that may need our support

4.0.
These procedures have priority over all other rules regulations traditions or customs of the
fellowship.
5.0.
To be a travelling member with the fellowship do the out reach to the other places one must have
the following the thing

A] . you have to be a member of the scoan fellowship for you to do the projects

B]. purchase amembership uniform that you may use to do these project that will show that We are one
and uniform for each organization
C]. Meet attendance require meet one has to be a member that has to be in the fellowship

6.0. officers of the Executive and their election has to be and be followed as the following please

A]. there shall be five members at the executive

B] only three members will be allowed to sit on the executive however some 2 members can can be
allowed as being chosen to represent other members

C]. They are chosen by the wadan and proved by the prophet for them to be on the executive team

D] However all the executive members have to be praying from the scoan

E] The executive are only people that are allowed to meet the prophet on behalf of the fellowship and
get support from him if needed

6.0.

Election procedures and how the elections have to be conducted as well for the fellowship

A]. only the members of the executive vote and select the leaders on the other committee and they
have powers to dismiss any one that disobeys them at all and does anything against them

B]. The chosen committee is being approved by the warden of the fellowship with the guidance of the
prophet to help in getting leaders that fellow and respect the lord all time

7.0.
impeachment of the members on the committee

A]. a member of the executive may be impeached if.

I]. They have failed to attend three consecutive meetings or fellowships without sending regrets

Ii]. Fails to perform their assigned duties will be dismissed or pay a fine that will be chosen by the
committee members

8.0

This will be the constitution that we all have to fellow and any amendments that are to be made its only
the executives to make that however they powers to allow all others to do for them on they behalf
