TO RAISE THE FLAG OF CANADA
IN HONOR OF THEIR 150TH BIRTHDAY AS A NATION

Mayor Joseph M. Butler, Jr., and the citizens of the City of Watertown are proud and
pleased to celebrate with our Kingston neighbors on this historic day as they celebrate 150
years of their nation.

Please join Mayor Butler as he reads a Proclamation and raises the Flag of Canada in
front of City Hall on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at 9:00 a.m.

The City of Watertown looks forward to continued peace, prosperity and friendship
along the Canada-U.S. border!
