AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

We, MARY E. MAROU, MABEL E. OLIVERIO, ANDRES ENCINARES,

GLADYS E. LIM, IVY E. EVASCO and MA. SOCORRO E. ENCINARES all / of legal
ages, Filipinos and resident/s of Catarman, Northern Samar, after having duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we are the surviving child/ children of FELIMON ENCINARES who died on
January 01, 1984 in Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Manila Philippines and his/her surviving
spouse Paz E. Encinares.

2. That my/our parents was/were survived by the following children/heirs;

except for the above named heirs of the said deceased and for whatever legal purpose it may
serve.
