YOU, AS THE MEMBER OF LC BME
4. Why do you want to be a member of LC BME?
I want to join because I can meet new people and get new connections
also from different local committees and have the opportunity to make
international friendships because it will help in the future if I have more
connenctions and I can always find the right person who can help me in a
specific situation. I want to join because its a challenge and I want to see
how much I can handle it. I also want to have fun at camps organized by
AIESECers and do practical tasks and excercises that need teamwork skills. I
would like to have more chances to take responsibility because to be very
successful it's an advantage to be a good leader that is responsible and
also able to control things well. Finally, I want to discover new skills and
sharpen my actual ones because in everyday life we often don't use our
potential and we stay at the same level at our abilities.

5. Please describe 3 personal strengths and how you intend to build on them in AIESEC
and 3 weaknesses and how you intend to improve them in your AIESEC experience!
strengths:
-maximalist: always strive to do my best; don't leave the work, until I reach
the maximum I can; I keep practising things until I do it perfectly -> I try to
reach the best results I can at my project, and I wont give up if I have to
face difficulties in my project.
-open-minded: I can easily learn new things, I am open for new
challenges, open to try myself in new situations -> I am adaptable to new
environments.
-self-aware: I want to understand the reasons behind the things; I know
that the results and things happening with me depends of myself; I know
the things I am good or bad at -> I will know what to change if I do
something not in the right way.

weaknesses:
-lack of confidence: however, I know how important it is to be confident in
new, unknown situations, sometimes I have difficulties to control things well
when I am not experienced at a task -> at AIESEC we try our things out in
practise, so I can get new experiences and see methods how to solve
unfamiliar situations.
-lack of accuracy: often can't keep the schedule I make: I usually pre-plan
what I do at that day, but some tasks remain unfinished -> in AIESEC with
these tasks I can find out how to reach my goals more efficiently, and I will
be able to set higher goals and reach better results in my life.
-too much competitiveness: sometimes I make competitions from tiny
things and I like to compare myself to others too much -> in AIESEC we
reach success together.
6. What have you done so far in AIESEC?
I attended Inductuion camp and ConnACT Conference. I also participated
at voting member application and EB member application, and asked
one-one question from one applicant both times. Until now as an OCX
member I had 7 interviews: 3 alone and 4 together with someone else. I
also had 4 contracts signed and worked with 2 EPs. I also attended
photoshop training.

7. What would you like to do in the LC? What are your future plans in AIESEC?
I want to be a useful member of my project. It means having results that
contribute to my departments goals. I will work hard, and I want to get to
know the LC members better and make good connections. I also want to
attend LC events, meetings, camps, conferences. I want to apply for
middle manager position next semester, its the next step to take more
responsibility and its the next level of being a good leader in the future.

8. How do these future plans contribute to the success of the LC?

I will help the LC to get the best possible results with my hard-working style. I
also use my creativity to find new ways to reach the aimed goals. I believe
I can add one more view and perspective to achieve the LC's and my
departments achievements, and I can easily find the reasons behind the
success or the lack of results.

AIESEC AND THE LC

9. In your own words, please explain AIESECs vision and how this is aligned to your
own personal goals and interests!
For me AIESEC's vision (peace and fulfilment of humankinds potential) means
discovering and using skills, that we haven't used before, know more about
ourselves, get practical experiences and make a positive impact on our
and other peoples future. It also means that we should be satisfied with
ourselves, we must have positive expectations for us and our environment,
we should accept our mistakes and learn from them and not being
destructive with ourselves and with other people around us.
In the last years I've always wanted to develop myself, and in AIESEC I have
an opportunity to discover my potential and push my boundaries: In AIESEC
I can discover and use skills, that I haven't used before and know more
about myself because in the future anytime can a new situation come
where I have to use many of my abilities. I can also develop leadership, it
helps to be independent and successful later. Other important opportunity
is developig communication and teamworking skills, its also very important,
because its necessary at a workplace or a project exercise where I have to
work with more people.
10. In your opinion what responsibilities does a member have?
-responsible to participate at LC meetings, functional educations, informals
and national camps, events.
-responsibile to his/her project: to set goals and find ways to achieve them:
as az OCX member responsible to the customer flow, interviewing, helping
our EPs
-responsible to read and answer the LC emails: read regularly the emails.
-responsible to be reliable and help others when it's needed.
