Joined an Implementation Services team in an engagement with a large auto manufacturer. Contributed in areas
regarding data systems, risks, and procedures involved in the end-to-end recall communication process.
Validated business processes and determined sub-processes in scope. Developed a short-term solution to mitigate risk
in recall communication. The solution ensures policies and procedures are followed, accounting for all points of data.
Developed deliverables that considered general sub-process scopes, system flaws, reports to generate, document
retention, management oversight, and all identified risks. Deliverables encompassed the policies, procedures, and
workflow for use in the reconciliation of data.
Drafted case study marketing materials regarding data & analytics for prospective clients. Provided background,
