Each and every unit has history. The history includes the
establishment year and growth the history of Everest Wafers Pvt. Ltd. Here
I have undergone training is as under.

Most of the growing companies have a modest beginning the infancy


of this company began 3 year ago in 2004 then it acquired a small place
with year limited investment with indigenous frying method.

2.1 introduction

Manufacturing is the process of transforming raw martial into finished


goods. Manufacturing implies creation of goods or services with the
conversion of raw materials into semi finished goods and finished products
by applying various processes or procedures. The manufacturing

The Appricot Foods Pvt. Ltd. was located at a metoda GIDC, kalawad
road, Rajkot. The product of this unit Is related to the final product.

First of all enters potatoes into the automatic plant, before those
potatoes are checked in laboratory in this unit. In this plant first potatoes
come outside after salting the potatoes well washed and the back let go
and again potatoes well washed and the next of the process is cutting the
potatoes and prepare cheeps. The cheeps are again washed with hot water
and after cheep well fry into oil and spray the salt or chilly power in masala
wafers after all this process the wafers well packing and come out side of
the p"rocess.

It is obvious that potato is the prime raw material for wafers. It also
some masala's and edible oil as main raw material.

(A) USE RAW MATERIAL FOR WAFERS:

Farm Fresh potato, edible oil, salt & condiments contains added
flavors

(B) NAMKEEM:

Choiest potatoes, edible oil, peanuts, spilts, sugar power, chilly


power, iodide salt, spices and condiments.

(C) RATALAMI SEV :

Gram flour, edible oil, Mathbeans flour, chilly power, iodide salt,
spices and condiments.

(D) ALOO SEV :

Potato power, edible oil, black gram flour, iodide salt, spices and
condiments, mint oil, chilly power.
(E) SHING BHUJIYA :
Peanuts, gram flour, edible oil, black gram flour iodide salt, spices &
condiments.
(F) MUNG DAL:

Choicest kilny bean, splits, eduble oil, and iodide salt.

The unit pays salary to managerial staff on time base system, while
the payments is made to the workers on the piece wage system, In unit
Appricot Foods Pvt. Ltd. The employees get their salary on every end of
the month. The salary is paid in cash if any employees want his salary
before certain date then unit pays money in advance.

Wages:

Minimum Wages : 90 Rs.

Miximum Wages : 500 Rs.

Salary (Monthly) :

For Worers : 3000 to 3700 Rs.

For Professional : 12000 to 20000 Rs.

Basis pay + P.A. + House Rent Allowance + Medical Allowance + Etc.


here house rent allowance is 10% of the pay.

For Workers:

Basic wage + D.A. + House + Medical allowance + Other Benefits.

The workers are paid a minimum of Rs. 130 per day.


The office staff is given salary in the beginning of the month and they
are given raise every Diwali 10%, 15% and 20% respectively.
