registration No. CS201636119. The corporation is composed of five (5) stockholders and has an
authorized capital stock of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos only (P200, 000.00). Its primary
activity is to render business and taxation consultancy services. To render business process
outsourcing services. To conduct trainings, and seminars and coaching. To render bookkeeping,
payroll, install accounting systems, internal controls, budget procedures and other related
accounting and taxation services.

Its principal office is located at 2nd Floor MCL Bldg., Purok Masikap Brgy. Sto. Nino,
Koronadal City.
