According to their niece, the said clients

Photo shows a motorized tricycle parked
in front of their common house with
markings on the back which says
MACASIEB FAMILY. Sari-Sari Store is
now closed. Both Client have their
respective Demand Letters.

Findings: Based on the information


gathered by our Paralegal Officer,
Marivic De Vera has the capacity to pay,
owns a set of units of Piso Net and a
Sari-Sari store. According to the client no
Account Officer is attending to collect her
payments.

up and reschedule payments.

Findings: According to reports, subject


is a Plastic Ware seller (Bente-Bente
Rider) who is currently out of town
(Ilocos sur 4/26/2017), made
arrangement with the assigned Account
Officer task to collect his payment,
subject will just text/call the AO when
subject arrived from the field.

Recommendations: Continues follow-up

Findings: As Per Operative's interview of


the Son of the subject (16y/o) and his
personal observation, subject only goes
home after 2-3 days his son has no idea
where her mother is. His Father is a
seaman currently onboard.

Additional Information gathered,


accordingly Fancis Vanessa Menor is
now living with the former Account
Officer of Malasiqui Branch.
Demand Letter has been sent to the
subject.

Decision rendered by the court of law


March 16, 2017 ordering defendant to
pay Php 9,207.00 w/o interest and Php
2,415.00 Filling Fee

Findings: As per operatives


findings,Client has stop payment
because his husband went home to Bicol
after she gave birth. Now she has no
communication with his husband.
According to the client her washing
machine was pulled by some collectors of
the Malasiqui branch as payment for his
debts with an appraisal of Php2,500.00.
Moreover, no AO is attending to collect
her payments.

(mani, mais, kakanin), according to her,
his collector is helping him to pay his
credit, the collector will shoulder the
payment of the client and in return the
client will pay to his collector.

Findings: Based on interview with the


client, she just arrived from work from
Angeles, Pampanga last April 25, 2017
Tuesday, according to her she will
resume paying starting Tuesday, May 2,

Findings: as per return of our operative,


accordingly subject is a Brgy. Kgwd. of
her Barangay, as shown on the image
she owns a Sari-Sari Store. Has the
capacity to pay, but she always ask AO
to just return after some time.

RONALYN B. REYES

Findings: Gathered information and


images shows a demolished rented
residence of Client Rosalyn Reyes.
According to her neighbors too many
debts, owner of the house was force to
evict the client for reasons of too much
indebtedness.
No information as to which client is
located but operative will do follow up
investigation

Co-Makers are Maan and Marites


Revoldila.

ROCHELLE B. PANTALEON

Findings: Address given is a property of


a certain Col. Abat, and Subject Rochelle
B. Pantaleon was a caretaker to the said
property. Subject was ejected because of
too many lending companies were
claiming sums of money to the subject.
Reports shows that subject cannot be
located.

Our Paralegal Officer had the chance to


talk to the father of one of Rochelle
Pantaleon's Co-maker, Mr. Orly
Tamondong. The father is blaming the
Credit Investigator for allowing the client
to get co-makers that are teenagers who
does not have the capacity to pay and
are "Palamunin" as the father describes.

Legal Department will continue


searching for leads as to which client is
located.

MELINDA R. REYES

Instructions: NM/H2C/V-B/FUP

Findings: Subject is now working overseas


left the Philippines last April 7, 2017,
working as OFW in Saudi. According to her
mother, they will just text/call the assigned
AO for collection.

Recommendation: Continues follow-ups

Findings: As per interview to the client,


her house and lot (as show in the
picture) are collateraled to the Rural
Bank of Bayambang and is currently
waiting for approval. Once approved she
will pay her obligations to the company.

Recommendation: Continues follow-up

(No Image Captured) VENUS D. MACARAEG

Findings: For Venus Macaraeg: as per


operatives arrival to the area he was able
to talk to a woman residing at the given
address at cadre site, Bayambang, that
said woman was the owner of the house,
relative of the subject, only to found out
that the subject Macaraeg, was only a
caretaker to the said house. They ask the
subject to leave because she has too
many lending, putting the residence in
shame and risk of security, the subject
accordingly is somewhere in Basista.

Homeowner barred our operative to take


picture of her properties.
ANGELA B. ALVARO

Findings: According to our Paralegal


Officer, Subject was not around when he
arrived at the area, her mother-in-law
who owns the Sari-Sari store became
hysterical refused to take photos of their
residence but Paralegal Officer managed
to capture one.

As per interview with Brgy. Kagawad


Toquero, he manifested that the subject
went to Lingayen that day and has no
source of income, her husband is a spare
(extra) tricycle driver.

Recommendation: Continues Follow-up

Instructions: M/VERIFY

Findings: Photo of the subjects rented


apartment. According to gathered
reports. Subject was force evicted by the
owner of this apartment a Brgy.
Kagawad of the said address. Reportedly
missing but some AOs of the Malasiqui
Branch found the subject is a fish
vendor at Poblacion, San Carlos beside
UNITOP. Paid Php 50.00 last May 3 and
9, 2017.

Recommendation: Continues Follow-


ups to the subject.
JOSEPHINE S. LUZANO

Findings: Based on the information


gathered by our Paralegal Officer, client
just arrived from Samar. Will continue to
pay his obligation. Last payment made
May 9, 2017 Php 100.00.

NANCY SUMALIN

Findings: As per collected data, subject


is now residing in Malasiqui,
Pangasinan. According to the subjects
son he will continue paying his mothers
obligations. A series of payment of Php
1000.00 monthly.

GAVINO GRANDE

Findings: According to reports, subject


rented only to the captured residence,
reports also shows that subject was only
a caretaker of a church. Force evicted
due to too much indebtedness to lending
companies. Accordingly, subject is now
in Moncada, Tarlac.
