Environment You have stumbled on an uncharted cave opening. As you venture into
Narrative the cave you begin to see intricate columns and technology that is
beyond what is being used in today’s society. As you venture farther you
enter a corridor, lights turn on as you walk through the long hallway.

The hallway ends and it opens up into a massive cavern that is lit by a
massive hole in the ceiling. You have just walked into and alien city that
was abandoned millions of years ago

Environment This will be an indoor setting. The overall style is inspired by gothic
Description architecture. It will incorporate materials such as metal and stone.

There will be a generator that is located to the left of the entrance, a few
buildings that are scattered to the right, and a large structure at the back
of the cavern.

Architecture style The level will have a gothic influence. This means that it focuses on
and period light and vertical structures. This means there will be tall pointed arches,
steep angles and sharp points.

The setting of the level will be in modern day but you will be exploring
a city from millions of years ago.

Lighting The primary lighting will come from the sunlight that streams from the
description cracks in the ceiling. There will be a slight haze from the moisture in the
air; this will accent the volumetric lighting.

The secondary light source will come from the lights that are inset in the
reliefs of the hallway and in the small lights located in the posts
throughout the cavern.

materials and The main material that will be used is stone; it will be the stone that
texture makes up the cave itself. To add the feel that an alien race was there, a
description material that will be almost as prevalent as the stone will be metal.

Small areas will also include glass, these areas will mainly be covering
the lights.
