Greetings to your respected office.

In support to your advocacy to fight the illegal drugs and to hone the todays youth in promoting
sportsmanship and camaraderie among our fellow citizens in our beloved municipality, Sto. Tomas.

We PESL (Poblacion East Sports League) has just planned to conduct sport even in Poblacion East Plaza.

In connection with this, we would like to ask permission from your good office to allow us to conduct
the said sports event in our barangay plaza in Poblacion East with the duration period from November
to December this year.

With this regard, may we request your approval to allow us to knock on the hearts of our community to
pledge their supports in any kinds will greatly help us in the acquiring our needs to fulfil this event.
