RE: Quotation relative to SUPPLY AGREEMENT BETWEEN YINGLI AND MOLINOS GUANENTA SAS
Dear Mr. Andres Rodriguez,
This quotation and all its pages and attachments (the Quotation) establishes the principles that Molinos Guanenta SAS (Molinos Guanenta SAS) and
Yingli Green Energy Spain, S.L.U. (Yingli) agree to follow for this supply agreement.
1. Quotation validity and Purchase Order
This Quotation shall remain in effect until the expiration of the quote and Molinos Guanenta SAS must issue a PO within the validity period in order to
benefit from the principles of the Quotation. If Yingli and Molinos Guanenta SAS shall enter into an agreement in accordance with the Quotation a
Purchase Order (PO) will be issued by Molinos Guanenta SAS.
2. Binding Effect
This Quotation constitutes a binding obligation only with respect to the quoted price within the validity period.
3. Governing Law and Assignment
This Quotation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Spain. Neither Yingli nor Molinos Guanenta SAS shall assign this Quotation
or any portion thereof without written consent of the other.

TERMS VALIDITY Effective from 10th of October of 2016 through 09th of November of 2016 based on module shipping date

YINGLIS PRICING The Agreement will be Colombia in scope with the following Shipping terms:
PARAMETERS First Quotation (1): Incoterms CIF Cartagena
Second Quotation (2): Incoterms CIF Cartagena
Third Quotation (3): Incoterms CIF Cartagena
Product warranty according to standard Yingli Limited Warranty document attached.
Yinglis pricing will be based on minimum module efficiency of 16,3 %. (Please see Yingli standard datasheets for
technical specifications in company web site).
Yingli will provide, electronically, Flash Test Data and IV Curve Data for every module shipped.

PAYMENT TERMS Yinglis preferred payment method is a credit line with Sinosure (China export & Credit Insurance Corp.). Payment terms
are negotiable after a comprehensive credit evaluation.
First Quotation (1): 20% downpayment, 80% against BL document
Second Quotation (2): 20% downpayment, 80% against BL document
Third Quotation (3): 20% downpayment, 80% against BL document
