C Patch Repair and Screeding Works
To patch repair areas on the roof slab where the existing screed
has delaminated with Estobond Acryl, an acrylic emulsion
bonding agent, and Estopatch MP, a cementitious polymer L/S 1 3,400.00 3,400.00
modified repair compound, in accordance to Manufacturers
specifications and instructions.
D Waterproofing works (General areas)
To supply and apply one coat of Estoproof Primer W and one
1 layer of torch-applied Estoproof 3P Slated (Mineral Finish) in
accordance to Manufacturers specifications and instructions to:

b) 300 mm high skirting and adding 25mm x 25mm angle fillet mr 1091 25.00 27,275.00
2 Clearing out of rubbish and cleaning works upon completion
