machine. But hopefully in the near future we can take the center if there tie up

Introduce the hema analyzer and submit proposal to the doctor and draft of the
tie up agreement. The CMT suggest to follow-up this week for the updates of
the tie up for hema analyzer. The purchase request of EKF Microcuvettes
already submitted in the municipal hall.
Franco Clinic and Hospital
Visit the Hospital and take a survey for their hema analyzer. The CMT likes our
company but they already have hema analyzer but apart from that they have
initial order.

Adella Serra Ty Memorial Medical Center

Follow up for the purchasing of EKF Machine with volume amount of EKF Microcuvettes.
The CMT said that it is already forwarded and he also said to follow up time to time in
the procurement for the canvass or request for quotation. The CMT also had a favor to
have sponsorship in the upcoming PAMET Regional Convention in Cagayan de Oro City,
the details of the request of sponsorship is attached in this report.
City Health Office Tandag
Follow up for their request for hemospot, the CMT said that it is already forwarded in
thr City hall and suggest to follow-up for the quotation.

June 22, Thursday

A & J Diagnostic Center Clinical Laboratory

Visit the Clinic and the owner wants to have a tie-up in our hema analyzer, the clinic
had a consumption of 15-20 tests per day, the owner wants to install the machine as
soon as possible. In connection with that they would like to purchase some of our kits
in the near future.
CHO- Surigao City
Follow up their plan of purchasing EKF microcuvettes and have a tie-up for our machine,
the CMT unfortunately is not present thats why the other Medtechs suggests to come
back next week but they said they will follow-up also the process in the city hall.
Caraga Regional Hospital
Visit the Blood Bank and offer our EKF Machine, the CMT likes our machine but their
concern is the patients and the blood donor who dont wants to have pain in pricking.
But they would study and deliberate the features and advantage of the machine.
Give brochures for our histopath machines because the MT in charged for histopath will
finish his training in July 2, 2017 and they would like to have some machines for
histopath.

Lipunan Hospital
Visit the hospital and follow-up for their purchasing, the CMT suggest to meet up the
owner of the hospital because the keyperson is the owner, unfortunately the owner is
out of town that time but I will follow-up nextweek because the schedule of the owner
is vacant.
City Health Office Gingoog
1st visit- introduce our company, and our EKF machine, unfortunately the center had
already hema analyzer newly installed but the CMT said that maybe they would be
needing some kits in the near future.
Gingoog Sanitarium Hospital
Visit the laboratory and have coverage to the CMT. Introduce the kits and our hema
analyzer, the CMT wants to study our machines, I introduce the Turbodyne because it is
the machine that is not present in the lab. The CMT also asked if we are open for
sponsorship for the upcoming PAMET Regional Convention.
