Instructions for the selected candidates:

1. Admission Form can be collected from the office of the Department of

Biomedical Physics and Technology during December 28, 2016 to January 05,
2017. To collect Admission Form you have to deposit your original BS/BSc
transcript/marksheet to the office of the department.
2. The completed Admission Form must be returned to the office of the
department by January 5, 2017.
3. Documents to be attached with the admission form:
A. Copies of all certificates and mark sheets/transcripts (SSC, HSC, BSc/MS)
attested by any teacher of this department. (Bring the original
certificates/mark sheets together with a set of photocopy, a teacher of the
Department of Biomedical Physics and Technology will attest the copies.)
B. Two passport size photograph.
C. An annual income certificate of your father/legal guardian.
D. If your Bachelor/MS degree is NOT from the University of Dhaka, then you
have to submit an original migration certificate issued by the university
from which you have received your Bachelor/MS degree.
E. If your Bachelor degree is NOT from any public university, then you have to
obtain a degree equivalent certificate stating that your Bachelor degree
satisfy the minimum requirements for admission in MS program at
University of Dhaka. (Contact us if you need any help regarding this issue).
4. Admission fees: As required by the University [7000/- (Taka seven thousand
only) approximately].
5. An orientation class will be held on January 08, 2017 at 10:00am. Class routine
will be provided on the day of orientation.
