On October 7th HH & TB, participated in the
moving of the LED Boards. It was suggested that
due to the length of time for the next move the
committee head out to the field lift one of the
boards to see what it is actually like. The
committee will make recommendations on what
we have found. In process of purchasing
equipment to configure lifting unit.
This item will remain on the minutes until
equipment in place. Parts are on order and we
can expect an update on progress at the next
meeting. The unit will be upgraded and used to
see how well it works.
April 28, HH Ramps - review the effectiveness RR to send CG an email with the locations and CG January, 2017
2016 of the directional Up/Down ramps specs of signs.
#2 compare to two way ramps. RR informed everyone that additional signage
was installed on the up ramp at 39 & 12 along
with the down ramp at 43
Group felt it would be beneficial to view the sign
location and determine if additional ones are
required or if it was adequate.
It was noted by the full committee that there
should be three (directional) signs at each ramp
for mobile equipment movement

RR brought pictures of the signs presently in the
compactor room. It was felt that the signs that
are crossed out should be removed and some
type of secondary blocking system should be put
in place to prevent the bin from coming down if
the hydraulics fail.
RR showed photos of the supports put onto the
cylinders and of the signs that were removed.
It was recommended to clean up the area and to
put additional fence or danger tape to prevent
people from walking under the bin. TJ to look to
see what can be done.
