Significance of the Study

It is hoped that the results of the study will serve as a guide to the organizations management
in determining the right strategy for keeping morale and commitment at high levels among their
employees- Thus a sound and healthier relationship between leaders and employees could be enhanced
in order to achieve organizational goal

The result will help leaders to be aware of the morale level of their employees, by which they
will be able to identify and meet their needs of their employees

Moreover, the researcher would lik to use this study as a guide in measuring the morale level of
the employees in his workplace and thus help leadership to boost employees morale By understanding
such issues, the researcher himself will be able to deal more effectively with future associates and
challenges that he would encounter-

the initiation of actions and carries out change, It is change with gaining the voluntary participation of

Organizations need strong leadership and strong management for the optimum effectiveness In
todays dynamic world, we need leaders to challenger the status quo, to create visions of the future, and
to inspire organizational members to what to achieve the visions- We also need managers to formulate
detailed plans, create efficient organizational structure, an oversee day to day need managers to
