Narrative The above listed subject was issued six Uniform Traffic Tickets after patrols
responded to a report of a one car motor vehicle accident. Witnesses stated
that they observed the vehicle turn onto Walnut Street in the opposite lane of
travel. The listed subject admitted that she was texting, causing her to crash into
the tree. She also admitted to have been drinking alcohol throughout the night.
Patrols found a mug in the cup holder, tested and found it to be alcohol. The
vehicle was also found to have an expired inspection.
