learn more about the company, its components and its people from a broader scope.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

RESOURCEFULNESS
Ivelearnedtousemyworkrelationships and connections to my benefit. I wonthesitate to reach out to someone for
advice or a second opinion to find the best possible solution. I am always learning from others and absorbing any new
knowledge they offer. I am aware that others may have more experience than I do and I am happy to take advice and
gain from them. I believe that in collaborating we all reach higher.

COMMUNICATION
I am able to communicate effectively with all coworkers as well as customers and outside vendors. In my current
position, I am often the primary contact with outside lenders as well as title agencies and leasing companies. I try to be
cognizant of the needs of others and how my performance and responsibilities may affect them. Communicating clearly
is the key to keeping problems to a minimum and keeping people satisfied with their experience here, whether they are
a lender, a vendor, a coworker or a customer etc..

ACCOUNTABILITY
I think it is very important to take responsibility and ownership for your work. This is especially true when mistakes are
made. Nobody enjoys passing blame and pointing fingers. The most efficient way to fix a problem is to apologize, ask for
help if necessary and follow through in resolving the issue. I have learned from experience that an apology goes a long
way.

EXPERIENCE
SALES COORDINATOR- KENWORTH SALES CO., JANUARY 2011-PRESENT
I have supported the sales staff internally by keeping track of inventory, expenses, payments and completing
commission sheets. I have been responsible for invoicing and all sales documents, including title work, payoff
