Desired Results

1. All students of std 10 A & B solve at least three board papers before their board exams
2. All the students achieve their desired grades in ICSE Geography exams to be held in March 2018

Accountability
1. Assign dates for solving board papers on 8th, 14th and 18th February 2018 in school.

Desired Results

1. All students develop learning habits that will help them how to learn
2. Not more than 10% students to miss their win-win targets in all tests for the subject.
3. At least 70% of the students develop the skills of applying, analyzing & synthesizing concepts
independently in my subject.
4. Conduct the Project as per project design formulated in HTH training programme.
5. At least 90% students of std 9 to complete and submit all their assignments in Geography
6. All students get accustomed to board style question papers by the end of the year.
7. At least 95% students from std 9 enroll for the Abu Road and/or Kumaon Himalayas Education

1. 20 out of 25 students in my class achieve their academic targets in the final exam (Cumulative).
2. All 25 students of my class participate in recitations and debates on current issues that will
have an impact on their lives.
3. All students create and update their Digital Portfolios by the end of the year.

1. Regular feedback to parents and students recorded during PTMs


2. Video recordings on classroom discussions on current issues and debates.

Guidelines:
1. Regular submission of evidence of steps towards achieving desired results.
2. Regular meeting with parents & students for appraisal towards targeted results.
3. Encourage team work to achieve targeted results.
4. Be a role model for students at all times.
5. Create positive EBA with students and colleagues.
6. Regular in coming & going from school at all times.
7. Keep continuous track of curriculum & introduce important teaching skills which help
students in their day to day life situations.
8. Provide remedial teaching to students as per pre-decided schedules.
9. Ensure that the discipline policy is put into practice from the first day & report to the team
in case of any incident.
10. Preparing all lesson plans, unit plans & annual plans keeping in mind the available
instructional days and blocks. I will keep all documents & present them whenever
required.
11. Set targets for students & update them about their progress by communicating at the
appropriate time.
12. Preparation & follow up of my WAGs & attend all team meetings.
13. Follow all HR policies & provide appropriate documentation as per their requirements.
14. Follow standard dress-code at all times- proper grooming.

Resources:
1. An understanding, considerate & efficient team consisting of devoted people who put in

3. Make efficient use of tablet, computers, projector/ Television, reference books from library,
cds etc.

Consequences:
Based on appraisals, if desired results are achieved, current pay package to be revised.
If success achieved is partial, necessary actions to be communicated so that they can be
imparted next year.
