Subject: Open Records Request

Rob,

I hope things are well with you and your family.

Three requests:

(1) Any and all letters of disassociation from 10/1/2016 - 2/23/2017

(2) A list of self reported infractions 1/1/2016 - 2/23/2017

(3) The amended notice of allegations detailing the eight new allegations from the NCAA enforcement
staff regarding the Ole Miss football program.
Considering that University of Mississippi Athletics Director Ross Bjork read a summary of those
allegations, the administration clearly has that document in possession. I would argue that the public
declaration of the knowledge enclosed in that document makes the document itself subject the
Mississippi Open Records Act.

Subject: CBS Sports open records request

Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, CBS Sports is requesting a copy of the NCAA's
revised notice of allegations sent to the University of Mississippi on or around Feb. 22, 2017.
Ole Miss has already publicly discussed the allegations in detail. Ole Miss announced decisions
that impact its publicly-funded university due in part to the latest NCAA notice.

On Feb. 22, Ole Miss athletic director Ross Bjork said the following: "Therefore, based on
number and scope of the allegations in the revised notice, the factual information we have
available, NCAA case precedent and penalty guidelines, and most importantly, the involvement
of this former staff member in Level I violations, the university is self-imposing a one-year
postseason ban on the football program for the 2017 season in addition to our previously
announced self-imposed penalties. As part of this postseason ban, under SEC rules we must
forfeit our annual portion of SEC postseason football revenue for next year, expected to be
approximately $7.8 million."

In addition, CBS Sports is requesting a copy of Ole Miss' 2015-16 NCAA revenue and expenses
report. This is the annual report universities are required to send to the NCAA detailing its
finances. This is different than the annual Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act report.

The law requires that Ole Miss responds to this request between one and 14 days, depending
upon your department's established policy. If Ole Miss denies either of these requests, please
cite each specific statue or exemption the university believes justifies the refusal to release the
document, and notify me of the appeal procedures available to me under the law.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
