AMENDMENT TO DIVISION C OF RULES

At the end of division C (before the short title), in-

sert the following:

1 SEC. ll. None of the funds made available by this

2 Act for the Department of Veterans Affairs may be used
3 in a manner that would
4 (1) interfere with the ability of a veteran to
5 participate in a medicinal marijuana program ap-
6 proved by a State;
7 (2) deny any services from the Department to
8 a veteran who is participating in such a program; or
9 (3) limit or interfere with the ability of a health
10 care provider of the Department to make appro-
11 priate recommendations, fill out forms, or take steps
12 to comply with such a program.
