Avizva visited our campus in the month of August 2015.It has the following procedure:

A.WRITTEN ROUND

Written round cosists of 4 sections

1.General Aptitude: Questions were easy and logical.You need to use your Brain efficiently to solve
these questions.

2.Quantative Aptitude:Questions in this section were based on your numerical ability and
mathematical calculations.You just need to have good command over addition subtraction
multiplication and division.

3.Technical Section:Questions were based on Java and C.If you know Java you have an edge over
others in interview as well(I learned java in summers 2015 :p).Although the questions were easy but
you need to know the basic concepts of Java.The questions based on C programming were easy and
based on sorting.

4.Verbal Section:This section was easy.You just need to have good command in grammar.

The test was of 90 minutes and no individual time cutoff for any section

Around 58 students were selected in this round.

B.GROUP DISCUSSION

Groups of 10 people were formed for the discussion.My topic for discussion was IT IS HIGH TIME
TO CHANGE THE FACE OF GANDHI IN CURRENCY NOTES.Just try to be more descriptive and try to
be yourself.Adding new points to the discussion definitely add your points in the discussion.Be
confident and try to elaborate the things very well.

22 students were shortlisted for the interview round.


C.INTERVIEW

This was a tech+HR interview.Only one interview was there for all the students.

In this round interviewer asked me about the fundamentals of object oriented programming.He gave
the situation to apply the concepts of OOPs in human body.He was impressed by the way I explained
him the situation.He asked about my project on banking system which was made by using
JAVA.Further he asked me about multi threading,some SQL queries(some of which I dont know )
and some simple questions related to C.

In HR interview he asked me about my background and my family.They were basically looking for
enthusiastic people who can be inclined towards technology.

My interview lasted for about 30 minutes.Although the interview of others lasts for an hour so I was
little worried.

But when the result was announced at 2 a.m. in the morning I was offered a full time role in AVIZVA
:D.

Just be confident and show some inclination towards technology.People from non circuit branches
were also recruited.The company officials wee cool and like minded.JAVA definitely adds an edge.
