The 4th Sri Lanka National Amateur International Rating Chess
Championships (Open & Womens) 2017 organized by the Chess
Federation of Sri Lanka will be held from 1st to 5th of August 2017 in
Colombo with a total cash prizes of Rs. 245,000/=.

Venue : Colombo, Will be notified.

Schedule: 1st 9.00 a.m. Inauguration

1st Round 1 & 2
2nd - Round 3 & 4
3rd Round 5 & 6
4th Round 7 & 8
5th Round 9 & PDF

Eligibility : Chess Players who does not have FIDE Title except CM and
all those who did not exceed a rating greater than 1999 in last two
years and unrated players.

Prizes :
Champion - Trophy, Gold Medal & Rs. 35,000/=
1st Runner up - Silver Medal & Rs. 25,000/=
2nd Runner up` - Bronze Medal & Rs. 15,000/=
4th -5th - - Rs. 10,000/= each
4th -15th - Rs. 5,000/= each

Girls Event
Champion - Trophy, Gold Medal & Rs. 25,000/=
1st Runner up - Silver Medal, & Rs. 15,000/=
2nd Runner up - Bronze Medal & Rs. 10,000/=
4th -5th - Rs. 5,000/= each
6th -10th - Rs. 4,000/= each

All participants will be provided with certificates.

Entry Fee
Rated player above 1500 ; Rs. 2000/=
Rated players less than 1500 : Rs. 2,500/=
Unrated players : Rs. 3,000/=
Late fee of Rs. 500/= will be charged for the entries received after 28th
July 2017. This applies even for rated players, whom are allowed to do
registration even via Email
