Exclusive RinggitPlus Public Bank Credit Card Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. The Exclusive RinggitPlus Public Bank Credit Card Special Offer Campaign (Campaign)
organised by Jirnexu Sdn Bhd (1081989-D), (The Organiser) shall commence on 1st May 2017
and be available until 31st August 2017, both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (Campaign
Period). The Organiser reserves the right to end the Campaign earlier than 31st August 2017.
Applications received after the Campaign has ended will not be valid.

2. The Campaign is open to all customers who:

2.1 Apply online at the Organiser's website ringgitplus.com for a Qualifying Public Bank Credit
Card (PB Credit Card) as a Principal Cardmember (Cardmember), are approved, and
receive any one (1) of the qualifying PB Credit Cards during the Campaign Period;

2.2 Qualifying PB Credit Cards are:

- PB Visa Infinite Credit Card


- PB World MasterCard Credit Card
- PB Visa Signature Credit Card
- PB Visa Platinum Credit Card
- PB Platinum MasterCard Credit Card
- PB Visa Gold Credit Card
- PB Gold MasterCard Credit Card
- PB-Petron Visa Gold Credit Card
- PB AIA Visa Gold Credit Card
- Public Islamic MasterCard Gold Credit Card-i
- Public Islamic MasterCard Platinum Credit Card-i
- Public Islamic Visa Gold Credit Card-i
- Public Islamic Visa Platinum Credit Card-i

2.3. The following categories of persons shall NOT be considered as a Cardmember and shall
NOT be eligible for this Campaign:

2.3.1 Persons who make an application for a Public Bank Credit Card at Public
Banks website, or any other channel except at ringgitplus.com,

2.3.2 Existing Public Bank / Public Islamic Bank Principal Credit Cardmembers;

2.3.3 Former Public Bank Principal Credit Cardmembers who have cancelled their
PB Credit Card within twenty-four (24) months from the date of current
application;

2.3.4 Employees of the Public Bank group, its advertising agencies, their immediate
families or any other persons connected with the administration of the Campaign.
2.4 The Organiser reserves the right to approve or reject applications submitted at the website
without assigning any reason.

3. The Organiser offers an exclusive gift ("Campaign Gift") to customers who are approved by Public
Bank and subsequently activate and spend with their new credit card.

3.1 Each Cardmember is eligible for only one Campaign Gift throughout the Campaign Period,
regardless of the number of approved PB Credit Cards they receive during the Campaign
Period. To qualify for a Campaign Gift a Cardmember must apply for a Public Bank Credit
Card from the Organisers website during the Campaign Period, be approved, receive a new
card and swipe the new card to make a retail transaction within 45 days of card
approval.

3.2 Cardmember's application for a Public Bank Credit Card must be made via the Organisers
website on or before 31st August 2017.

3.3 For the purpose of this campaign, retail transaction means the purchase of any goods or
services (local and overseas) with the use of the Credit Card and may, at Public Banks
discretion, include any Credit Card transaction determined by Public Bank except for the
following transactions:

a) Flexipay AND Zero Interest Installment Plan monthly installment


payment.
b) Balance Transfer
c) Auto-Debit & Recurring Payments
d) Payments for utilities, direct marketing, insurance premiums, government
related payments, payment via www.pbebank.com
e) Any refund, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transaction
f) Cash Advance / Cash Withdrawal, quasi cash, casino transactions, interest
payments, late payment fees, finance charges, annual fees, reversals,
payment to charity, Goods and Services Tax and any other form of service /
miscellaneous fees

3.4 The Campaign Gift is a Lazada e-Voucher worth RM200. The offer of the Campaign Gift
is exclusively available at the Organisers website, ringgitplus.com.

3.5 Approved Cardmembers from this Campaign will not be eligible for other PB Credit Card
Acquisition Offers.

3.6 The Campaign Gift is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstance the
Organiser reserves the right to substitute alternative gifts of equivalent or greater value.

3.7 The Organiser is responsible for fulfillment and once notified by Public Bank of a
successful first swipe will send each Campaign Gift to the Cardmember via SMS within 28
days from the first card swipe date.

3.8 The Campaign Gift is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
3.9 Only Cardmembers who fulfill the Campaign Terms and Conditions shall be eligible for
Campaign Gift. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify applicants who have failed
to fulfill the Special Offer Terms and Conditions and/or who have submitted incomplete or
inaccurate date, without prior notice.

3.10 The Bank reserve the absolute discretion to disqualify gift entitlement for any applicants for
any reason whatsoever as the Bank may in its absolute discretion deem fit.

3.11 In the event of a dispute or an issue in regard to non-receipt of the Campaign Gift, the
Eligible Cardmember is required to contact PB Card Customer Service (03-2176 8000) by
31st October 2017 to request an inquiry. PB will not entertain requests for inquiry after
31st October 2017.

4. By applying at ringgitplus.com, all customers consent to the use of their personal data by the
Organiser for the purposes of the administration of this offer and any other purposes to which the
entrant has consented, such as the Terms and Conditions, Personal Data and Information Notice, and
Privacy Policy published at ringgitplus.com

5. By accepting the offer each eligible person agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign without
notice. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by The Organiser shall
not entitle the applicant to any claim or compensation against The Organiser for any loss or
damage incurred by the applicant as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation,
termination or suspension.

5.2 The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign, including but not
limited to the type of Campaign Gift, shall be deemed final and conclusive under any
circumstance and no complaint from any applicant will be entertained. The decisions of The
Organiser are final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/or
correspondence will be entertained.

5.3 The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of Malaysia.

6. General Terms and Conditions


6.1 The Bank reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and
Conditions from time to time with at least twenty one (21) calendar days prior notice
which notice of such change, amendment, deletion or addition shall be published on the
Bank's website www.pbebank.com.

6.2 By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmember :


a) shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions stated herein. The decision of the Bank shall be final, binding and
conclusive. No correspondence, disputes and appeals will be entertained;

b) agrees and consents that information regarding his/her can be processed, collected,
used and stored by the Bank for the purpose of this Campaign;

c) agrees and consents that his/her full name and contact number will be forwarded by
the Bank to Jirnexu to enable Jirnexu to deliver the Campaign Item;

d) agrees that the decision of the Bank will be final, binding and conclusive and that no
appeal, correspondence, queries or protests will be entertained; and

e) agrees and consents that the Bank, as the case may be, may use his/her registered
contact number for marketing purposes within the Bank.

6.3 The Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign. For the
avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Bank of the Campaign
shall not entitle the Eligible Cardmember to any claim or compensation against the Bank
for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmember as a
direct and indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

6.4 The Bank shall not be liable, whether direct or consequential, for any loss and damage or
whatsoever suffered by the Eligible Cardmember caused directly or indirectly, in whole
or in part, from his/her participation in the Campaign as a result of any act or omission on
the part of the Bank.

6.5 The Terms and Conditions herein are in addition to and without prejudice to the Terms
and Conditions stated in the Cardmember Agreement applicable to the Eligible
Cardmembers Card Account. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and
Conditions and the said Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in so far as
they apply to the RinggitPlus Campaign.
