Exhibit 1 is the Medico Legal of Dianne Rosales issued by Dr. Igmedio Alcera to prove the history
of abuse of the accused

Exhibit 1-A is the signature of Dr. Igmedio Alcera as part of his testimony attesting to the fact that
she was the resident physician who examined the witness at Northern Samar provincial Hospital

Exhibit 2 is the Psychiatric Assessment issued by Dr. Sheryl Ann Ronato to prove that the accused
suffered from psychological, verbal and physical abuses from the deeased .

Exhibit 2-A is the signature by Dr. Sheryl Ann Ronato as part of her testimony attesting to the fact
that she was the psychiatrist of the complainant at Medical Center Manila.

Exhibit 3 is the video footage to prove the actual physical abuse committed by the disease
