DAQUILANEA SCHEDULE OF MINIMUM FEES FOR LEGAL SERVICES 1, MINIMUM RATES ‘This schedule fixes the minimum only and should be increased as called for by the nature of the case. Experience has indicated that the average time expended, computed at a minimum hourly rates, would result in minimum charges. B. CONSULTATION FEE The dlient has to be informed ofthe rate of consultation fee before business starts. This will avoid confusion and save time. This can be done at the secretary's desk through a “caller slp” as the client enters or leaves the office. A suggested format of the “caller sip” is found on the appendix 3.
